What is included?
VR stations, a game library suited to your event, and staff who run setup, player help, and takedown. Ask us about adding a selection of free-to-play retro arcade machines too. You focus on the guests.
How much does it cost?
Standard rate is $60 per hour per VR unit, with a 2-hour minimum. Out-of-town travel may add a fee. Public or sponsored events are quoted case by case.
How many stations can you bring?
Up to 4 VR units, depending on availability and your space/power setup.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. Outdoor setups need shade/rain cover and power access, weather permitting. Tell us the venue and we will plan the right layout.
What ages can play?
Ages 7+. We can keep sessions short for busy public events so more guests get a turn.
